EuroWorkSupply acts exclusively as a recruitment intermediary (matchmaker). We are NOT a temporary employment agency (uitzendbureau) under the Waadi Act. Candidates are placed on the employer's own payroll via a direct employment contract.
EuroWorkSupply charges no fee to present candidates. A success fee is invoiced only when an employer signs an employment contract with a candidate introduced by EuroWorkSupply.
If a placed candidate leaves within 30 days of their start date, EuroWorkSupply will source a replacement at no additional charge, provided the employer has paid the original fee and the departure was not caused by the employer.
EuroWorkSupply's liability is limited to fees paid for the specific placement. Governed by Dutch law. Disputes submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
